Peamount Centenary

Peamount’s Centenary year was a tremendous success and we would like to thank all those organisations, supporters and volunteers who were so crucial to that success. Events throughout the year included the Centenary Year Launch with Minister James Reilly TD in January; the Dublin Biological Club visit in April; the Centenary Ceremony with President Michael D. Local pop sensation Jedward headlined the Peamount Pulse festival on Sunday 12th August. Peamount Pulse was a family festival celebrating Peamount Healthcare's 100th anniversary this year. Support acts included Ryan O'Shaughnessy (of Britain's Got Talent fame), Keith Cullen & Dance La Dempsey. As part of Peamout Healthcare’s Centenary Celebrations we are hosting a Charity Fundraising night with the magnificent Dublin Gospel Choir this Friday, 29th June at 7:30pm. Tickets are €20 but children accompanied by an adult are free. Read more →

  Peamount Healthcare's official Centenary ceremony took place on Thursday, 21st June. President Michael D. Higgins and Mayor of South Dublin County Council, Councillor Caitriona Jones, joined board members, clients and their families, staff and representatives from the statutory, community, voluntary and business sectors for a morning of music, poetry, reflection and prayer.
