This date was chosen for the ceremony as it is the exact anniversary of the acquisition of Peamount Farm by Lady Aberdeen and the Women’s National Health Association in 1912.
Almost 900 guests attended the ceremony in a marquee on the Peamount Campus. After the event guests toured the Art and Historical Exhibition in Peamount’s Recreation Dept. which traces the history of Peamount through the decades.
