Respiratory Rehabilitation Service

Residential Services

Neurological Disability Service

Peamount’s Neuro-Disability Service caters for persons who are under 65 years with acquired brain injuries or progressive neurological illnesses. The Service, which is based in St. Brid’s unit, has 21 continuing care beds. Read more →

Intellectual Disability Service

The Services for People with Intellectual Disabilities was established at Peamount in 1963, following a request from the Department of Health to accommodate persons with intellectual disabilities. Read more →

Age Related Residential Service

The Age-related Residential Service offers continuing care and respite care to adults of 65 years and older. Read more →

Community Services

Day Care Service

The ‘Raniskey’ Day Care Centre is a nurse-led service providing respite care on a daily basis for people living in the Lucan, Clondalkin, Rathcoole, Celbridge and Newcastle areas. Read more →

Primary Care & Diagnostic Service

This Service works in liaison with General Practitioners focusing on primary care diagnostics and provides a respiratory outpatient service which responds to community needs. Health promotion, health education, general assessment and management of patients are provided. Read more →

Allied Health Therapy Service

Peamount Healthcare offers out-patient Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Audiology services to people over 18 living at home in the community. Read more →

Education Centre

The philosophy of Peamount Healthcare’s Education Centre is to provide an education resource centre, based on adult learning principles, that is designed to facilitate the development of a self directed approach to learning.
