The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria:
Essential:

  • Have excellent administration, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
  • Evidence of knowledge and ability to prioritise work assignment to meet agreed timelines.
  • Ability to produce high quality documents.
  • Demonstrable evidence of having worked in a timely manner and produced results.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
  • Experience of Documentation Control
  • Knowledge or experience of project management tools

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria:
Essential:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or Equivalent
  • 7 years experience with 3 working in a similar role
  • Strong IR and ER experience backed up with excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word for Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail

Desirable:

  • CIPD accredited
  • Experience working with WiZ HR

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria:
Essential:

  • Be RNID qualified and registered by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
  • Have at least 3 years post registration experience in Intellectual Disability Services.
  • Have knowledge of HIQA Safer Better Healthcare Standards and the regulations underpinning the standards
  • Evidence of consistent updating of clinical skills and knowledge

Desirable:

  • Post Graduate Qualification in IDS Nursing or willing to undertake same.
  • Have clinical, managerial administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions for the role
  • Demonstrable Coaching & Development skills within clinical practice
  • Management Qualification or willing to undertake same
